Job Description

As a Business Consultant (BC), you are more than just a salesperson; you are a strategic partner to our salon clients. You are responsible for empowering salons within your assigned territory to grow their business through professional consulting, innovative marketing solutions, and comprehensive operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Distribution:
Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sell-in targets to ensure brand growth in the assigned region. Identify and develop high-potential "New Doors" to expand market share and brand coverage. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
Business Consulting & Empowerment:
Conduct business diagnostics for salons, analyzing key metrics (e.g., Average Order Value, category mix, retail conversion rate). Develop tailor-made annual and monthly marketing plans, including Service Menu design and in-salon promotions. Drive the "retailization" of salons to increase the sales contribution of home-care products.
Education & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Education team to organize technical training and trend launches, enhancing stylists' expertise and recommendation skills. Execute New Product Launches (NPL) and ensure consistent brand image and merchandising in salons.
Digitalization & Market Integrity:
Guide salons in adopting digital tools (e.g., official ordering platforms, social media traffic generation) for modern management. Monitor regional market pricing and maintain healthy channel order to prevent diversion or non-compliant activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen. Ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build deep partnerships with diverse salon owners and stylists. Passionate about fashion and professional beauty, with a strong professional image and sense of aesthetics. Adaptable to field-based work rhythms with high self-management skills and a result-oriented mindset.
