We're currently looking for an Business Development Alliance Manager to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry. What You'll Do In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes.
Responsibilities include:
Own and grow assigned partner relationships to drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue across Just in Time GCP accounts and target markets. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic alliance partners, maintaining strong working relationships and regular business cadence. Develop partner account plans and quarterly priorities tied to measurable outcomes (leads, bookings, revenue, sourced revenue, influenced revenue, and joint opportunities). Build a clear understanding of each partner's offerings, priorities, sales motions, and market position to identify areas of mutual value. Strengthen Just in Time GCP's presence and credibility within partner organizations through relationship building, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through. What You Bring We're looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration.
Ideal candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. 6-9 years of experience in Sales partnerships, alliance management, partner management, business development, or TMF services, eClinical services and/or consulting. Proven track record of success in sales growth, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. Working knowledge of clinical trial operations and compliance concepts (GCP, sponsor oversight, TMF/eTMF, QA, audits/inspections).
