Business Development Associate We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Business Development Associate to join our expanding team in our Whitesboro office. This role combines key client outreach and relationship development with some human resources duties, helping ensure exceptional service for both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Outreach Develop new client relationships through onsite visits, phone outreach, and email communication—introducing our services and identifying ways we can support their staffing needs. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify staffing needs Collaborate with customers to recommend effective recruiting and workforce strategies Represent the company professionally during client meetings and community interactions Human Resources & Staffing Conduct interviews and coach applicants throughout the hiring process Document all employee and customer interactions thoroughly and accurately Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of sales or business development experience Minimum of Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in human resources preferred Experience utilizing CRM platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Pay Range:

$55,000-$60,000 annually (based on experience) Commission Structure to be discussed at interview Why Join Us?
