Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging with inbound and outbound leads to generate interest, nurture relationships, and drive sales growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a positive experience for every customer while supporting our dealership's sales objectives. Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, providing detailed information about available vehicles and services Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing cold calling techniques to generate new business opportunities Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads and follow-ups using CRM software Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with customers Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, marketing efforts, and customer service initiatives Experience Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer information Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently Experience in dealership settings or automotive sales is desirable Outbound calling, and customer service skills are essential Join us as a Business Development Center Representative and be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence! Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
