In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new financial advisors onto a leading wealth management platform. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Financial services industry experience Consultative sales experience (phone and in-person) Proven ability to sell solutions rather than a single product Experience discussing business strategy, platform solutions, and investment offerings with clients Experience managing pipelines and territory activity in Salesforce or similar CRM Active FINRA licenses required: Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
