This role is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, setting appointments, and delivering an exceptional first impression of the dealership experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and schedule sales appointments Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using dealership scripts and templates Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information Assist customers with preliminary financing options based on their needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule or who missed appointments Maintain positive working relationships with teammates, sales staff, and dealership leadership Utilize the CRM system daily to document customer interactions and track leads Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and organizational skills Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Career growth opportunities Supportive and team-focused work environment
