102291 13520 South Kenton Ave, Crestwood, Illinois 60445 TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Job Description Position Overview Generate and close new business by proactively engaging prospects in their assigned zip codes through field and phone activity, targeted outreach campaigns, and industry channels. This position manages opportunities through the CRM sales pipeline, ensures smooth onboarding of new customers for the first 12 months, and consistently drives progress toward new business targets. At the end of the 12-month period, the business will move to the Commercial Account Manager (CAM). Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close new business using an established sales methodology in defined geography and targeted segments including ….to achieve new business targets. Maintain high levels of field and phone activity to engage potential customers. Initiate and manage outreach campaigns via cold calls, phone blocks, email, trade show attendance and leveraging trade associations and other marketing channels to generate new business. Ensure new customers are smoothly onboarded and implemented effectively with appropriate follow-ups Accelerate the sales process using the CRM pipeline stages to manage opportunities and close new business. Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required. You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job. Pay Ranges $72,577.00 - $120,962.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
