Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in the landscape maintenance division by selling maintenance services to commercial properties, property management companies, and HOA's in the Middle Tennessee area. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, enhance existing client relationships, and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Job Responsibilities Drive company growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients as well as maximizing sales potential within existing clients, to include proactive communication with all decision makers and influencersDevelop, present, and follow up on proposals timely Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Increase brand awareness by participating in industry events and local associations and ensuring existing clients are educated on services available Accurately forecast sales deliverables and KPI's to include activity benchmarks to ensure sales goals are achieved Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision makers including property managers, facility directors and developers Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage bid responses and achieve sales targets Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities, such as expanding into new territories or adding services Work closely with leadership and internal operations to ensure effective job start-ups and customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. EDUCATION and
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience in the landscape maintenance industry Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task effectively Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships. Organized and proactive, with strong communication skills Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas and pipeline management Experience with CRM systems and MS Office suiteCOMPENSATION
Base salary of $60k to $70k + commission.BENEFITS
