Business Development Manager

B usiness Development Manager - Commercial Cleaning J&F Facility Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to help grow our commercial cleaning and facility services division. We are looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships, generate new business, and close deals.

Compensation & Schedule Starting Salary:

$52,000 per year Plus commissions and performance bonuses Monday through Friday schedule Primarily daytime hours No weekends or holidays Some evening networking events may occasionally be required Company vehicle provided Weekly pay Responsibilities Develop new commercial cleaning accounts Conduct customer meetings and facility walkthroughs Prepare bids and proposals Close new business opportunities Maintain excellent customer relationships Work closely with operations and management teams Represent the company professionally in the community Attend business networking events, Business After Hours events, chamber functions, and golf outings as part of business development efforts Help expand company growth and market presence Qualifications Sales or business development experience preferred Commercial cleaning or facility service experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and goal oriented Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable networking and building relationships in public settings Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass company insurance requirements for driving company vehicles Who We're Looking For We are looking for a true closer — someone confident, motivated, outgoing, and ready to help grow a fast-paced commercial cleaning company.
