Key Responsibilities Guide buyers through the full homebuying journey, from initial inquiry through closing and post-close follow-up. Build strong relationships with buyers through proactive communication, personalized service, and consistent follow-through. Respond promptly to leads and customer inquiries while maintaining momentum throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate customer communication, follow-up activity, and pipeline updates within HubSpot CRM. Support model home coverage and ensure sales spaces remain clean, welcoming, and professionally presented. Manage and maintain accurate online listings across MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and related platforms. Partner with leadership and internal teams to deliver a smooth, positive customer experience throughout the building process. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to continuously grow sales and industry knowledge. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, real estate, or another relationship-focused field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport naturally and provide genuine customer care. Positive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow professionally. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using technology including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online sales tools. Self-motivated with strong follow-up and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Must have an active real estate license, or be willing to obtain one within the first 2-3 months of employment. Work Schedule & Location This is a full-time, onsite position based in a C&E Wurzer Builders community in the greater Eau Claire area. Sales Consultants report daily to the model home within their assigned community. Sales Consultants work a five-day schedule that includes weekends, typically Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Team members work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, beginning the day with customer follow-up, marketing initiatives, and model home preparation before open model hours from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Benefits The Sales Consultant opportunity includes a competitive base salary plus commission compensation structure, with base pay starting at $50,000. After 6 months, the compensation structure shifts to a draw plus commission structure. Earnings potential grows based on individual performance, sales results, and goal attainment. This is a full-time, W2 role that offers a full comprehensive benefits package.
