Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the mortgage industry. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and trust. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set and achieve ambitious growth targets, ensuring alignment with company goals. Attend industry events and networking functions to represent our brand and expand our professional network. Create and execute follow-up plans to nurture leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry shifts. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our unique value propositions and services.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to a varied workload. Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized. Motivated by income potential and financially driven. Competitive mindset. Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly. Exceptional networker and relationship builder. Positive attitude and energy when representing the team, brand, and reputation.
