Elite Residential & Move-Out Cleaning Teams Needed (1099) Cole Cleans | Denver Metro Area Cole Cleans is a premium residential cleaning company serving the Denver Metro area. We are currently seeking experienced cleaning subcontractors and teams capable of handling large residential properties, luxury homes, and high-detail move-out cleans. This is NOT an entry-level cleaning position. This is NOT basic maintenance cleaning. We are specifically looking for professionals who can confidently handle larger-scale homes while maintaining elite attention to detail, professionalism, efficiency, and communication.

3,000-8,000+ sq ft homes Luxury residential properties Realtor move-outs Listing preparation cleans Deep cleans Fast-turnaround timelines We are looking for cleaners and teams who take pride in delivering white-glove, high-standard results. This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity. Responsibilities Perform professional-grade residential and move-out cleaning Handle large homes and high-detail cleaning projects Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and detail areas thoroughly Clean windows, mirrors, and glass streak-free Follow Cole Cleans checklists, systems, and quality standards Take before/after photos Communicate professionally regarding job completion and any issues Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience

REQUIRED

(move-outs, luxury homes, deep cleans, Airbnb, post-construction, or commercial preferred) Must currently live in the Denver Metro area Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Professional communication Ability to work independently or with a team Must be punctual and dependable Comfortable working as a 1099 subcontractor Team leads and established cleaning teams are highly encouraged to apply.
