ROLE DESCRIPTION
Full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Construction) Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Prepare and present proposals. Manage sales pipelines. Coordinate with project teams. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate across departments to align business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Proven ability in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for building lasting client relationships Project Coordination and Organizational skills to align team efforts with business goals Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the construction industry or a related field is highly preferred Willingness to work on-site in Amarillo, TX Strong people skills Outgoing personality Great communication skills
