Duties Assist the FOH Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and customer service excellence Supervise front-of-house staff, providing training and development to ensure top-tier service standards are met Support food preparation and presentation to uphold quality and consistency in line with brand standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Ensure inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste Uphold food safety and sanitation standards through regular inspections and adherence to health regulations Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives to optimize restaurant performance Requirements Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong background in supervising teams, staff training & development, and shift management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations gracefully Experience with inventory control, food handling, and kitchen management practices Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred Ability to lead by example with strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward team building Join us as an Assistant FOH Manager where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
