Business Development Manager

FirstLight Home Care of Hurst and Keller is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales, grow referral relationships, and expand community awareness throughout the HEB, Keller, and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for developing partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources while promoting FirstLight's compassionate home care services. Responsibilities include sales and marketing activities, maintaining marketing databases and calendars, tracking referrals and outreach efforts, participating in community networking events, assisting with client service coordination, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about serving seniors and families. Home care or healthcare experience is preferred. Qualifications include a four-year college degree preferred; however, relevant experience in sales, business development, healthcare, senior care, or community networking will also be strongly considered. Candidates should possess strong communication and computer skills, along with the ability to build meaningful community relationships. Experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare is a plus. This position offers salary plus commission-based compensation and reports directly to the Administrator.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
