Front Desk- Overnight Sub

Job Overview Join our team as a Front Desk Associate working overnight shifts on Sundays through Thursdays! Responsibilities Greet visitors and team members warmly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and communication at all times Monitor security access points, verify identification, and control entry to the facility during overnight hours Conduct routine safety checks, CCTV surveillance, and perimeter inspections to maintain a secure environment Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, POS transactions, and basic retail math calculations accurately Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and organizing displays to enhance store presentation Support product demos and upselling efforts to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the front desk area throughout your shift Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette and customer engagement Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Experience working in a grocery store or retail environment is advantageous but not required Demonstrated reliability with overnight shift availability from Sunday night through Thursday morning Join us in delivering outstanding service during the quiet yet vital overnight hours!
