Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction space through targeted outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation strategies. Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales coverage and market penetration. Schedule product demos and technical sales presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate with fabrication shop team to close deals. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Work with estimating team to ensure pricing for projects.
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years' experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Understand estimating for commercial construction projects. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively. Expertise in account management, territory management, and customer relationship management (CRM software) . Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how they integrate with sales efforts. Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans. Effective communication skills for engaging clients via inside or outside sales channels; adept at cold calling and direct sales approaches
