Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible start dates and support throughout your engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of North Carolina or compact state eligibility Minimum 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or PCU settings BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Ability to quickly adapt to new teams and protocols Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to progressive care and stepdown patients Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care plans Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery steps, and discharge planning Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all standards
