In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing projects, and executing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with proficiency in software tools such as Salesforce to track progress and outcomes. Duties Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market presence and drive sales growth. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Utilize customer relationship management software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion. Prepare reports on business development activities, including project status updates and performance metrics. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or business development roles, with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Proficiency in project management techniques to effectively oversee initiatives from inception to completion. Familiarity with customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members. A strategic thinker who can develop innovative solutions to drive business success. Schedule and confirm first oil change customers as well as customers who have not been in for service.
