Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for navigating the nuances of different social ecosystems. While you will support our presence on Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), your primary focus will be driving growth and engagement on TikTok, Pinterest, and X . The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of fashion and digital trends, someone who can pivot from editing a trending TikTok to optimizing a high-traffic Pinterest board in the same afternoon.

Key Responsibilities Platform Specialization:

Execute daily content strategies for TikTok (trends/video), Pinterest (SEO/visual curation), and X (real-time updates/community).

Meta Support:

Assist the Social Media Manager in managing and cross-posting content for Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.

Content Creation:

Filming and "lo-fi" editing of behind-the-scenes content, including fabric reveals and trend-based clips.

Visual Assets:

Design engaging graphics and high-performing carousel posts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Community Management:

Foster the Mood Fabrics community by monitoring and responding to comments, mentions, and tags across all platforms.

Workflow & Scheduling:

Utilize Monday.com to track project statuses and Sprout Social to maintain an organized posting cadence.

Qualifications & Skills Social Fluency:

Deep understanding of the algorithms and "vibe" of TikTok, Pinterest, and X.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with Sprout Social, Later, Canva, Monday.com, Capcut, and Adobe (Photoshop/Premiere/Express).

Organizational Powerhouse:

Ability to juggle multiple platform calendars and meet strict content deadlines. The "Maker"

Edge:

A genuine interest in fabrics, sewing, or the DIY maker community. While not required, candidates who know how to sew or have deep textile knowledge are highly encouraged to apply .

SEO Knowledge:

Understanding how to use keywords for Pinterest and TikTok searchability.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
