Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive growth through new business development, client relationship management, and data-driven sales operations. This role combines proactive outreach with analytical support to help scale sales efforts effectively. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, re-engaging past clients, and converting inbound leads into active sales conversations. The role also involves supporting CRM management, sales analytics, and reporting to provide insights that improve performance and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Re-engage and recover previous client relationships
  • Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research and build targeted prospect lists
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data and sales activity tracking
  • Support sales analytics and reporting for performance insights
  • Perform needs assessments to understand client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals for complex projects
  • Travel to client locations as required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of sales or business development experience
  • Strong CRM and data analysis skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and priorities
