Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive growth through new business development, client relationship management, and data-driven sales operations. This role combines proactive outreach with analytical support to help scale sales efforts effectively. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, re-engaging past clients, and converting inbound leads into active sales conversations. The role also involves supporting CRM management, sales analytics, and reporting to provide insights that improve performance and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Re-engage and recover previous client relationships
- Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Conduct market research and build targeted prospect lists
- Maintain and optimize CRM data and sales activity tracking
- Support sales analytics and reporting for performance insights
- Perform needs assessments to understand client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
- Prepare and present proposals for complex projects
- Travel to client locations as required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of sales or business development experience
- Strong CRM and data analysis skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and priorities
