Job Description
Perform various functions:
loan maintenance, loan advances, transfers, loan payments, etc. Prepare monthly billing and reporting. Coordinate loan closings. Assist with completing General Ledger transactions used in the Credit Dept. Maintain collateral and insurance tracking to ensure required recordings and satisfactions have been recorded. Track financial information at the loan level to ensure required financials are up to date. Other duties as assigned or requested.Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and multitask Ability to handle various projects at the same time, work under pressure, meet established guidelines, and prioritize work. Strong communication skills. Thorough knowledge of the loan policy, products, and services. Must know how to read and understand credit reports. Proficient knowledge of the Symitar andSAGEWORKS
