Job Description

Company Overview Autumn Trace Communities is dedicated to providing premier senior living experiences in a modern, welcoming environment. Our communities emphasize personalized care, active lifestyles, and comfortable living spaces designed to foster independence and community engagement. Position Summary We are seeking an organized, energetic, and compassionate Business Office Manager to join our senior living community team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, community member services, administrative functions, transportation coordination, and overall community support. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, communicates professionally, and enjoys working with seniors, families, and team members. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting directly to the Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently Welcome community members, families, visitors, and vendors to the community Maintain community members files and office records Assist with billing, invoices, receipts, leases, filing, data entry, and other administrative duties Support new hire onboarding paperwork and employee file organization Assist with correspondence, reports, and office communications Maintain office equipment and supplies Participate in administrative and leadership meetings Assist community members and families by directing concerns to appropriate departments Transportation Coordination Schedule community members transportation appointments and coordinate transportation needs Provide community members transportation via community bus Community Support Assist with tours, marketing events, and community members/family relations Support community members satisfaction and help address concerns appropriately Be willing to train and assist in all departments within the community Assist community members with activities of daily living Participate in the on-call rotation schedule Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or GED required Previous office, administrative, customer service, or senior living experience preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate the community transportation bus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team Compassionate and professional demeanor with community members, families, and staff We are looking for someone who: Can multitask and prioritize effectively Is dependable, flexible, and team-oriented Enjoys helping others Is comfortable working in a busy environment where every day looks a little different Is willing to jump in and support all areas of the community when needed Join our team and become part of a community focused on providing compassionate care, meaningful relationships, and a welcoming environment for our community members and families.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
