Job Description

Position Overview:
Small Firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the overall efficiency of the firm. This role will start with a primary focus on office administration, with the opportunity to gradually take on bookkeeping responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
Administrative / Office ManagementManage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environmentServe as the main point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitorsCoordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for leadership and staffMaintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office organizationAssist with project documentation, filing systems, and internal processesSupport onboarding of new employees and general HR administrationGradually take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping functions over time:

Assist with accounts payable/receivable processingTrack expenses, invoices, and project-related financial dataSupport payroll and timesheet processingWork with external accountant or leadership on financial reporting
