We are seeking an organized professional to oversee billing, collections, admissions paperwork, insurance coordination, and daily business office operations. Responsibilities Manage billing and collections Assist with Medicaid applications and financial documentation Meet with residents and families regarding financial obligations Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals Monitor aging reports and private pay accounts Maintain accurate business office records Qualifications Billing, collections, or business office experience preferred Long-term care experience is a plus Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
