Job Description

BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER
(BOM) Colonial Poplin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Join a team committed to excellence in resident care and operational success at Colonial Poplin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, healthcare billing knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing resident accounts and trust funds Overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes Handling collections, private pay accounts, and accounts receivable Coordinating admissions paperwork and financial documentation Maintaining accurate resident financial records Providing exceptional customer service to residents and families
Qualifications:
Previous BOM experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Point Click Care or similar systems preferred We offer a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to be part of a growing organization dedicated to quality care.
