Business Planning Functional Analyst, IS&T Business Ops

Summary IS&T Business Planning is an exciting & dynamic organization working with customers in Apple's Lines of Business and IS&T teams across the globe. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of concept, working with partners, and more. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years experience in business process design and functional systems design Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with team members as well as partners across multiple functions in an organization Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key business and financial data Polished project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to translate problem statements into actionable functional and technical design requirements Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with Program / Project Management applications such as Clarity Influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
