Dental Practice Manager (Multi Location) Sacramento

Dental Area Manager - Multi-Practice Group Sacramento Region, California Full-Time | Leadership Role | Multi-Location Travel Required A rapidly growing and well-established dental group in the Sacramento region is seeking an experienced and highly driven Dental Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple dental offices. This is a leadership opportunity for someone passionate about team development, operational excellence, growth, and creating exceptional patient experiences. We are looking for a proven leader with strong dental management experience who understands how to build teams, drive performance, and maintain accountability across multiple locations. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple dental offices throughout the Sacramento region Lead and support office managers and administrative teams Monitor and improve KPIs, collections, production, scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, and overall office performance Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members for multiple locations Maintain accountability systems and performance standards across offices Analyze reports, identify growth opportunities, and implement operational improvements Ensure excellent patient experience and high standards of customer service Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership teams on growth strategies and office development Assist with team culture, employee retention, and conflict resolution Travel regularly between practice locations as needed Qualifications Minimum 10 years of dental industry experience required Minimum 3-5 years managing multiple dental offices or large dental teams preferred Proven track record of improving office performance and team management Strong understanding of dental KPIs, production, collections, treatment planning, scheduling, and operational systems Experience hiring, training, and leading high-performing teams Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Experience with dental practice management software preferred What We're Looking For Strong leadership presence Results-driven mindset Highly organized and accountable Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to motivate teams and drive consistent growth across multiple locations Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding dental organization Supportive and collaborative leadership environment If you are an experienced dental leader looking to make a major impact within a growing multi-practice organization, we would love to hear from you.

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
