Tailored Marketing, a sales and business consulting firm, is hiring a Business Sales Associate to bring Frontier's fiber internet and TV services to Houston customers. The Business Sales Associate will also manage account documentation with precision, support sales operations through in-person outreach, and help customers understand why symmetrical upload speeds matter for video calls and content sharing. As a Business Sales Associate, you will undergo comprehensive training in Frontier Internet and TV solutions to lead market development. The Business Sales Associate will then manage each customer account through direct, in-person consultations, ensuring that sales objectives align with the connectivity needs of customers. Role Requirements for a Business Sales Associate Perform sales outreach to introduce Frontier Internet and TV services and initiate account relationships with customers. Aid the sales team with account preparation tasks and onboarding resources to support seamless Frontier Internet and TV customer experiences. Manage consistent follow-up communications to ensure ongoing satisfaction and strengthen Frontier Internet and TV account retention. Maintain organized records of client preferences and account activity to support smooth day-to-day account management. Help at local community events by building rapport and promoting professional Frontier Internet and TV account support. Deliver helpful guidance during sales interactions to highlight Frontier Internet and TV value and foster lasting customer accounts. Qualities of a Business Sales Associate Experience in sales or account support is a plus. Resolves customer concerns while protecting account stability and sales. Maintains professionalism to build trust and support sales growth. Works smoothly with Business Sales Associates to keep account updates consistent.
