Build a Team. Drive Growth. We are looking for a Business Segment Sales Manager to lead growth in a specialized manufacturing segment. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the General Manager , with responsibility for strategy, customer relationships, and sales team leadership for the right individual . What You'll Do Lead sales strategy and execution for an assigned business segment Manage and develop a team (Sales Engineers, Inside & Outside Sales Reps) Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and contracts Analyze market trends, applications, and growth potential Develop pricing strategies, margins, and commercial terms Review and approve quotations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness Partner with engineering and operations to resolve customer and cost challenges Track sales performance vs. forecast and adjust strategy as needed Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows Drive creative approaches to showcase capabilities and technology What We're Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or industrial manufacturing Leadership experience managing or developing a sales team Strong ability to build relationships and close complex deals Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and operations Willingness to travel 50% to support customers and growth Preferred Background & Minimum Requirements Experience in thermal spray, coatings, aerospace, or industrial services Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR 10+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Must be 18 years of age or older Must be a U.S. Person as defined by
ITAR/EAR
