Job Description
Business Support Coordinator We are seeking an experienced real estate administrative professional to support daily operations within our offices. This position is best suited for someone who already understands real estate transactions, compliance expectations, and office workflows, and who can step in with minimal ramp-up. Compensation and Benefits Salary to be based on experience PTO Paid bi-weekly Eligibility to participate in the company retirement plan after a three-month grace period Opportunity for long-term growth within the organization Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM Occasional evening availability for trainings or company events Key Responsibilities Review and support day-to-day transaction management and compliance files Coordinate office trainings and events Support basic marketing initiatives for corporate and agent-level needs Post to company social media pages at direction of management. Manage office supply inventory and vendor coordination Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for all offices Manage daily Quickbooks workflow within our One Suite Preferred Qualifications Prior real estate office administration or transaction coordination experience Working knowledge of real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance standards Quickbooks knowledge required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills and confidence working with agents Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Alignment with company values and our 6 Cs culture This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate administrator seeking a stable, full-time position with meaningful responsibility and room for advancement.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per yearBenefits:
