Job Description

Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview The Business Systems Analyst - Intermediate serves as a subject matter expert for WellSky Specialty Care (RCM) and related revenue applications. This role is responsible for providing technical support, optimization of systems, processes, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst collaborates across teams to maintain system integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support clinical staff through training and technical guidance. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on WSC and other revenue systems, focusing on workflow optimization and documentation improvements. Provide technical support and guidance to maintain system integrity and performance. Implement system changes and enhancements, including release management, workflow adjustments, service codes, table setups, and integrations. Manage and resolve WellSky Specialty Care incidents and service requests via ServiceNow; escalate issues to vendors when necessary and monitor resolution. Collaborate with IT teams to assess the impact of system changes on service desk ticket volume. Foster positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Support projects involving the implementation or expansion of clinical applications. Provide training and education on WSC functionality and related systems. Participate in audits to ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Support integration between software systems for seamless data flow. Qualifications A bachelor's degree, preferred. Minimum of 3 years in the Healthcare revenue systems, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting/implementing the WellSky Specialty Care RCM solution. Understanding of revenue system regulations and operational workflows. Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to assess risks and downstream impacts of system changes. Proven ability to lead/manage projects or consistently complete assigned tasks within established timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
