Revenue and Accounting Analyst

Position Summary The Revenue & Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations through accurate revenue tracking, billing, account reconciliation, and general accounting functions. This role works closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure timely reporting, revenue accuracy, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile revenue transactions, invoices, and payments Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections efforts Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures Review contracts, billing terms, and revenue documentation for accuracy Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Maintain customer and vendor account information Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements Assist with payroll, expense reporting, and general ledger entries as needed Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting, revenue, billing, or finance experience preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software and ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally Preferred Experience Experience with revenue recognition and billing processes Knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting systems Background in construction, healthcare, staffing, or service-based industries Experience supporting audits and financial reporting
