Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a client's Oracle Cloud Finance environment, with a focus on core financial operations. This role is critical to supporting day-to-day finance functions, alleviating bandwidth constraints within a lean team, and ensuring stability and efficiency across financial systems. This is a highly operational, hands-on role supporting ongoing finance activities and partnering closely with functional stakeholders and system users to maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud Financials. Key Responsibilities Provide functional and systems support for Oracle Cloud Financials (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.) Support month-end close activities and troubleshoot system/process issues Partner with finance stakeholders, reporting teams, and technical resources Support OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting Provide operational coverage for Phase 1 and Phase 2 initiatives Reduce dependency on key team members by offering cross-functional support Analyze system issues and recommend enhancements Document business processes and system configurations Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, etc. Experience supporting month-end close Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Plusses Experience in healthcare or higher education Experience in complex, regulated environments Experience working with lean teams and competing priorities
