Must-Haves:

5+ years of experience in business systems administration, analytics, reporting, or a related field Advanced Salesforce CRM experience (required) Experience supporting Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Medical Information, or contact center-based teams Strong analytics and reporting experience using Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools Experience managing and optimizing enterprise systems and platforms Proven ability to lead system transitions, implementations, and updates Strong understanding of data integrity, audits, and compliance within a regulated environment Excellent stakeholder management and cross?functional communication skills

Plusses:

Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience Experience supporting projects to build, enhance, or scale an agent (e.g., contact center agent, medical information agent, or similar operational agent) Experience supporting USMA contact centers or field medical teams Process automation experience to reduce manual workflows Strong project management experience Experience evaluating and implementing emerging analytics or reporting tools

Day-to-Day:

Serve as the systems, analytics, and reporting lead for the Medical Education & Communication team Support a key project focused on building and enabling a chatbot agent , including system configuration, data flows, and reporting Act as the infrastructure point of contact for assigned business partners Partner with cross?functional stakeholders to gather business and data requirements Lead system transitions and enhancements, ensuring data continuity and user adoption Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency Develop analytics strategies to identify trends and support data?driven decision making Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and potential risks Build dashboards, automated reports, and fulfill ad?hoc data requests Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance Document workflows, work instructions, and data entry guidelines Provide system training, technical support, and best practices to end users

Job Description:

This role sits within the Medical Education & Communication organization and focuses on optimizing systems, analytics, and reporting to support critical initiatives, including the build and enablement of an agent supporting medical education and contact center operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, Salesforce expertise, and the ability to bridge technical system management with business operations while driving automation, data integrity, and actionable insights in a regulated environment.
