6+ Months Overview A global hospitality organization is seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to support and accelerate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate, regional, and operational teams. This highly visible role will help embed a proprietary transformation framework built on agile and adaptive operating principles across a complex global organization. The ideal consultant will bring deep experience leading enterprise transformation efforts, coaching senior leaders, and enabling organizational agility within large, matrixed environments. This role will partner closely with executives, operational leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive sustainable change. Experience with Generative AI enablement and emerging AI-powered business practices is highly valued as the organization continues advancing digital and operational agility across its global ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Learn, apply, and coach the organization's proprietary transformation framework across business, technology, and operational teams Partner with leadership to evolve transformation roadmaps, organizational maturity models, and success metrics Coach executives, regional leaders, operational leaders, and delivery teams on adaptive and customer-centered ways of working Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, alignment sessions, and transformation planning activities Lead initiatives focused on evolving operating models, governance structures, and decision-making practices Mentor internal transformation coaches, change agents, and emerging leaders to build long-term organizational capability Support Gen AI enablement initiatives by helping teams responsibly integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, collaboration, and knowledge sharing Drive alignment across global stakeholders operating within diverse cultural and operational environments Influence transformation outcomes through strong communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling capabilities Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, organizational change, or agile transformation initiatives Proven success coaching senior executives and operational leaders within large-scale organizations Experience working across business, technology, and operational functions Strong understanding of agile, lean, systems-thinking, and adaptive transformation principles Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience operating effectively in complex, matrixed global environments Familiarity with Generative AI tools and practical enterprise business applications Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/dashboard tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience within hospitality, travel, consumer services, or other customer-centric industries Coaching certifications such as ICP-ACC, SPC, or equivalent Strong executive storytelling, visualization, and presentation capabilities Experience collaborating across global and multicultural teams Multilingual capabilities highly preferred Why This Opportunity Opportunity to help shape transformation initiatives within a globally recognized enterprise organization High-impact role with visibility across executive leadership and operational teams Exposure to enterprise agility, operational modernization, and AI enablement initiatives Collaborative environment focused on innovation, adaptability, and customer experience excellence About PeopleCaddie PeopleCaddie connects organizations with high-impact consulting and professional talent through a hybrid recruiting model that combines advanced technology with experienced staffing professionals.
