Board Member - Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre Minneapolis, Minnesota Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre is looking for individuals with interest and experience in non-profit governance, finance, fundraising, strategic planning, and/or community engagement to add to our board of directors. Help us to advance our mission to create and perform bold, socially relevant flamenco works that reflect and respond to the world around us, supporting and developing the artists who bring them to life and cultivating community through education and outreach. Board members commit approximately 4 hours per month towards the work of governance and oversight and as ambassadors for the organization. We are particularly looking for individuals with:

• A passion for the arts, cultural preservation, and community engagement.
• A commitment to the mission, values, and goals of Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to dedicate time and effort to board meetings, committee work, Zorongo events, and fundraising activities.
• A desire to contribute expertise, knowledge, and strategic thinking to support the organization's growth.
