Job Description
The Allen County Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Teacher for the Alternative Program. The teaching position includes middle and high school Science/Makerspace students. The Board has identified the following qualifications as having particular importance for the position of Teacher for the Alternative Program. Ohio Teaching License with an Intervention Specialist License Preferred Experience with students who demonstrate significant cognitive and/or emotional disabilities Responsibility and supervision of paraprofessional aide(s) Collaborate with Therapists Ability to identify individual needs of each student and provide educational programming for each Possess a comprehensive understanding of Ohio's Extended Standards Strong work ethic Duties to
