As we look to the future, we are seeking dedicated, community-minded leaders to join our volunteer Board of Directors and aid in our goal of helping horses help people! If you want to use your talents to make a tangible difference in a local non-profit that has real, meaningful impacts, we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Board Member, you will help steer the direction of our organization, ensuring we remain financially healthy, legally compliant, and true to our mission.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for people who care about our mission and want to bring both their heart and their professional skills to the table. Because our work touches so many areas, we benefit from a wide variety of backgrounds—whether your experience is in disability services, equine care, teaching, or business management, there is a place for your expertise here.
Leadership Experience:
A background in business, non-profit management, equine operations, or disability services is highly valued.
Great Communication:
Comfort speaking on behalf of SunCatcher, engaging with community members, and working collaboratively in a group. Financial Savvy (A Plus): Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, or fundraising is a major asset, though not strictly required.
