Oracle Change Management Lead Required Skills 7+ years in Change Management for Oracle / ERP programs Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication Experience supporting Oracle implementations (Cloud or EBS) Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams Nice to Have Experience in Aerospace industry Familiarity with AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives Certification in change frameworks (Prosci, etc.)
