Must Have:
Strong experience in Project Manager Change Management Experience working on Oracle ERP implementations Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction) Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter s 8-Step Change Model) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Experience in organizational transformation / digital transformation projects Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and reporting skills Tools & Technologies (Preferred) Project management tools: Microsoft Project, Jira Collaboration tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack Reporting tools: Power BI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs ) Change adoption rate Stakeholder satisfaction Training effectiveness Project delivery timelines Reduction in resistance/issues post-implementation IT / Consulting Digital transformation programs
