This role drives significant improvements within business operations by leading key initiatives and redesigning operational frameworks. You will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency and fostering community through strategic communication and robust governance. The position requires a seasoned professional adept at cross-functional collaboration and delivering tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute cadenced communications and events for the business operations community. Own and maintain critical operational tools and deploy new initiatives for process rigor. Establish process/system controls and governance to sustain implemented solutions. Collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality business solutions and drive program management. Influence key decisions and lead transformational programs aligned with industry best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven success in driving operational excellence and business process improvement. Exceptional problem-solving and change management capabilities. Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Domain/Industry Experience:

Experience in fast-paced business environments is required.
