Nurse Practitioner (NP) — Neurology / Pain Management / Perioperative Mind & Body Pain Clinic & Silver Creek Surgery Center | San Jose, CA | Full-Time W-2 About Us Mind & Body Pain Clinic is a multi-specialty neurology and interventional pain practice led by a quadruple board-certified neurologist Harpreet Singh, MD (Neurology, Brain Injury Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pain Management) with 25+ years of experience. Silver Creek Surgery Center (SCSC) is our affiliated accredited ambulatory surgery center, both located at 6010 Hellyer Ave, San Jose, CA. Role Overview We are seeking a versatile, motivated Nurse Practitioner to support both our clinic and surgery center operations. This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role spanning clinical care, perioperative support, and procedural assistance. Responsibilities Perioperative circulator and PACU coverage at SCSC Clinic visits: pain management, neurology, TBI, follow-ups at MBPC Procedure assistance and post-procedure monitoring Patient education and care coordination Documentation in EMR Requirements Active California RN license (required) Active California NP license / APRN certification (required) BLS and ACLS certified Unrestricted DEA registration (preferred) Perioperative, surgical, or pain/neurology experience (preferred, not required) Compensation & Benefits $140,000 - $180,000 annually (W-2, DOE) Malpractice coverage provided PTO and CME allowance Collaborative, physician-led team environment To Apply Submit resume and licenses to: mindandbodypain@gmail.
