- + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience identifying business opportunities and translating them into technical requirements in the context of AI/ML projects. + Experience with generative AI, and agentic AI solutions, machine learning concepts and applications. + Knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g., planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics). + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Responsibilities
- + Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption of new AI-powered processes and tools. + Develop and maintain documentation related to AI use cases, requirements, and process designs. + Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and advance processes and their integration with various functions. Perform stakeholder management, ensure implementation and on-time delivery. + Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data feasibility for AI models. Partner with the prototyping team to build and test prototypes.
