This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and execute change strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement, performance, and outcomes. Required Skills Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations Ability to influence physicians and clinical staff without direct authority Effective communication across diverse care teams Critical thinking with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes Adaptability in fast-paced, high-stakes healthcare environments Strategic thinking and problem solving
Required Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, Organizational Development, or related field. 3-8+ years of experience in healthcare change management, performance improvement, or consulting.
Preferred:
Master's degree (MHA, MPH, MBA) Clinical background (RN, LVN, or allied health) strongly preferred Experience with EHR systems, such as Epic Systems Certification in change management (Prosci, ACMP) Address 12401 Washington Blvd. Salary 99840.00-151840.00 Shift Days
