Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting critical IT initiatives in Tallahassee, FL. This on-site role offers the opportunity to lead change management efforts across diverse technology projects, including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate OCM activities, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitate workshops, and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies. This role is pivotal in driving organizational readiness and fostering positive change outcomes. The position offers flexible working hours within a 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM window, including Saturdays as needed, providing a balanced work environment.
Top Requirements:
