Pay Range:
$60/hr to $63/hr About the Role We are seeking an experienced SCADA Organization Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst to support a critical post-implementation phase of a major SCADA platform transition within a NERC-regulated utility environment. While the technical deployment of the new SCADA platform was successfully completed, the organization now requires focused leadership to drive change management, process transformation, and operating model alignment — ensuring the investment delivers its full operational value. This is a high-impact, senior-level engagement that requires a rare combination of utility operations expertise, organizational change management capability, and deep familiarity with government-owned or government-controlled utility governance frameworks. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business process transformation, or operational consulting, with a significant portion in utility or energy sector environments Demonstrated experience working within NERC-regulated utility environments, with a solid understanding of reliability standards, compliance obligations, and operational governance Familiarity with the governance and operational requirements of government-owned or government-controlled utilities Proven ability to lead OCM initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training development, and adoption measurement Deep expertise in utility operations and business processes, including control room operations, SCADA/EMS systems, or grid operations Experience conducting current-state assessments and developing future-state operating models Strong facilitation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex, matrixed organization Must be able to obtain and pass required background screening (including applicable government/utility security clearance requirements) Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with SCADA platform implementations or post-implementation optimization in a utility setting Familiarity with
NERC CIP
