Job Summary:
Serves as the operational execution partner within the acquisition integration lifecycle, translating strategic integration plans into structured workflows, centralized knowledge systems, and clear, empathetic communication resources. Builds and maintains a centralized source of truth, ensures consistency across integration materials, and supports onboarding and stabilization efforts to create a predictable and organized transition experience for newly integrated team members.
Responsibilities:
Integration Coordination and Execution Support:
Translates strategic direction into structured workflows, milestone tracking tools, and detailed timelines that guide integration activities. Maintains visibility into tasks, deliverables, and calendars to support alignment across functional teams. Ensures daily execution activities follow established processes and standards to promote consistency and accountability.
Knowledge Management and Documentation Governance:
Builds and maintains a centralized knowledge ecosystem that serves as the single source of truth for integration efforts. Inputs and manages data related to team member information, process documentation, and historical integration records. Tracks documentation status, identifies gaps, and coordinates updates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Materials Development and Brand Consistency:
Develops standardized templates and materials that ensure a consistent and professional presentation across all integration deliverables. Creates repeatable resources, including timelines, agendas, trackers, and welcome materials. Ensures all resources balance organization, clarity, and a clean, client-ready format.
Change Management and Communication Support:
Supports integration communication by translating complex operational milestones into clear, concise, and empathetic messaging. Develops communication materials and navigation resources that help team members understand processes and reduce confusion. Maintains structured communication cadence to ensure stakeholders have timely and relevant information.
Onboarding Delivery and Facilitation Support:
Coordinates and supports onboarding sessions, process walkthroughs, and early-stage learning experiences for newly integrated teams. Manages logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and session setup. Captures follow-up actions and ensures completion to support a seamless onboarding experience.
Integration Tracking and Stabilization Support:
Provides structured support during the post-close stabilization period to promote adoption of new systems and processes. Monitors qualitative and quantitative indicators to identify gaps and areas of risk. Escalates concerns to integration leadership and supports continuity through transition milestones.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in operations, coordination, change management, project support, or a related area Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, education, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience
