Change Management provides processes, tools and techniques to successfully transition individuals, groups and organizations from current state to future state. This job family creates and implements change management strategies and plans that increase employee adoption, minimize resistance, and improve the likelihood of successful, sustainable outcomes. Job Summary This Senior Consultant, Change Management will collaborate across multiple levels and functions of the enterprise to lead the people side of major business initiatives. They will join an experienced team of change management professionals partnering to contribute and apply best practices and elevate enterprise ability to successfully move through change. Responsibilities + Contribute change management expertise and thought leadership to assigned internal clients , bringing a consistent change focus to all aspects of their operation. + Define and implement a holistic change framework to support client strategic objectives and initiatives.
