• Change adoption What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to support system implementation Coordinating implementation activities across multiple business units and technical teams Analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement during system deployment Configuring systems and validating that implementations meet defined requirements Supporting change management activities and user adoption through training and communication Managing timelines, issues and risks within assigned implementation workstreams Documenting system configurations, processes and implementation decisions for future reference What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 2-5 years of experience in systems implementation, business analysis, or related roles Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into implementation plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, or similar platforms) Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have SAP Certified Professional credential or similar systems certification Experience supporting change management and user adoption Familiarity with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies Exposure to different implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Exposure to end-to-end system implementation across different business areas Opportunity to develop deeper expertise in enterprise systems and change management Collaborative working environment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Clear progression pathway toward senior implementation and advisory roles Professional development support and potential access to certification programs Flexible work arrangements where applicable Competitive benefits package including health coverage, retirement planning and paid time off About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group partners with organizations to identify and place talented professionals in business analysis and change roles.
